Block Printing Cushion Workshop at Perch Hill, Sarah Raven's Cutting Garden, Kent

Join printmaker Molly Mahon for a one-day workshop at Perch Hill, Sarah Raven's Cutting Garden. Celebrating the launch of her new fabric collection ‘Bloom’ you will use Molly’s floral carved wooden blocks to experience the joy of block printing, experiment with colour and pattern and finish by printing your own 30cm x 40cm frilly edged cushion cover (feather pad included).

The day lasts from 10am until 4pm including tea/coffee on arrival, (from 10am for 10.30 prompt start) morning tea/coffee break and a 2 course lunch using recipes from Sarah's cookbooks. 

You will also take home the block printing kit that you will use on the day in a keepsake box, this will include 2 x hand carved wooden blocks, 2 x 100ml pots of paint (colours chosen on the day), 2 stipplers & an instruction booklet - as well as your completed cushion!
