All Molly Mahon goods are handmade and variations in colour, pattern and size should be expected to provide you with a unique product and Molly Mahon does not accept returns on these irregularities. However, if for some other reason you are not satisfied you may send your purchase back in the original packing within 14 days, for exchange or refund.

Homewares & Stuff:

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the goods, that are protected enough to safe guard their resale value and are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

A full refund will be issued, less the cost of postage, if the product is returned in the condition for resale. If the goods are damaged from after delivery and their return we will have the right to investigate the due cause to of negligence and its cause to the cost of the refund.  

Please note reference with goods sent with free shipping, refunds will be paid less the amount to post the item. 

Fabric & Wallpaper:

It is the responsibility of the customer to check the colour, design and quantity before you use/cut into the order.

If the fabric/wallpaper is faulty, contact us immediately on +44 (0)1342 825700.  We cannot accept any returns once the fabric or wallpaper has been cut.

Deliveries to third Parties:  Where deliveries are made to third parties (curtain makers, upholsterers, etc) on the instructions of the customer, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct material is received.

You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods if there are any problems with your order.

We will not be held responsible for any labour costs as a result of cutting into and/or the use of incorrect or faulty material/wallpaper.

Returns for fabric & Wallpaper:  Must be made by prior arrangement and may incur a 25% restocking charge plus national or international shipping fees.


Clothing items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unworn with swing tags attached and in the original packaging. Molly Mahon reserves the right to refuse a refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.


Damage to goods on route:  If you notice the order is damaged, do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Alternatively take a photograph of the damage, and/or send it back notifying us of the damage and we will ready for an exchange or refund. Sale goods are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.
