The Role
You will lead and grow our UK trade sales across fabric, wallpaper and trim, with a particular focus on interior designers, decorators and boutique retailers.
This role can be based in:
- East Sussex (near Forest Row) with regular HQ collaboration
- London, working remotely with scheduled time in Sussex
You will be responsible for both strategic direction and hands-on sales execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive growth within the UK interior design trade sector
- Identify, approach and secure new high-value trade accounts
- Strengthen relationships with existing designers and studios
- Develop a clear trade sales strategy and measurable targets
- Represent Molly Mahon at meetings, studio visits, events and trade shows
- Maintain meticulous follow-up and pipeline management
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with HQ — ensuring all sales details, pricing agreements and client information are organised and recorded
- Work closely with marketing to align trade outreach with campaigns and launches
