Shipping Policy

We ship around the world using tracked and signed for services.  If you are not able to find a shipping quote online please contact us and we will provide a quote for you.

Online sales:

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days after receiving your order confirmation unless notified for a different lead time.

UK mainland delivery - We deliver Monday-Saturday, except bank holidays. Standard delivery is with Royal Mail.

We do offer a next day courier delivery service – for high value and high volume orders this will be the only service available. This will be made clear at checkout.

International orders - We deliver Monday-Friday, except bank holidays. All our courier partners provide tracking. Time frame is dependent on destination and courier service availability.  Customs & duty is the responsibility of the purchaser.

For cushion products only:

International customers – We can ship our cushions without pads to cut international shipping costs, please email for a quote. Products that are sold that are not in stock and are made to order we will inform you individually of the lead time to delivery.

Fabric & Wallpaper samples:

We process twice weekly that means some sample request can take up to 5 working days to arrive.  In the UK they are sent via Royal Mail 2nd and overseas we send via Royal Mail's tracked and signed service.

Overall Service:

We use both the Royal Mail 24tracked service and for larger or more expensive items we use independent courier services.

You are responsible to give us the correct delivery address with all the appropriate contact details for our third party contracts to use to enable them to deliver your parcel to the correct address. Any parcels that do not reach their intended destination due to incorrect information, all charges incurred to rectify the correct delivery or loss of, you will be responsible for.

Parcels are charged by their weight and volume.  You will be guided through the process by a series of simple instructions at checkout.

International customers are responsible for duties and taxes for shipping to the destination country. Molly Mahon cannot estimate or cover duties or customs on international shipping.
